Ford & Coca-Cola, two all-American brands that are teaming up for a cross country road trip.
A customized 2017 Ford Escape left the Coco-Cola headquarters in Atlanta on September 13, 2016 to begin the Coca-Cola Journey, a 4,000-mile, 20+ stop adventure across the US. The tour is scheduled to stop in LA on October 5th.
The Ford Escape is covered in Coca-Cola Red exterior and has the #JourneyxJourney social media hastag, is being followed by a similar Coca-Cola Journey branded motorhome serving as a mobile brand publishing HQ. During the trip, the team in the motorhome will post to a variety of social media channels and interact with consumers, exploring the Coca-Cola DNA.
The small SUV – with modifications by Motor City Solutions in suburban Detroit – includes a custom-fitted cooler in the rear cargo area.
